We all do better when we work together to support projects that spark economic development in our communities. Bremer CDE, a subsidiary of Bremer Financial Corporation, is a community development entity that works with businesses to provide financing solutions for projects in distressed, low-income communities in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.

We are certified by the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund), a division of the Department of Treasury, and offer financing for qualifying projects in the categories of industrial, manufacturing, community facilities, healthcare facilities or catalytic development.

We're able to provide financing for these projects through funds allocated to Bremer CDE by the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program awarded by the CDFI Fund. Our goal is to work with local businesses to fund projects that spur economic development and job creation where it's needed most.
